Privacy policy
Last updated: September 2026. This page says what Flow Leads ("we", "us") collects, why, who sees it, and how to make us delete it.
What we collect
Contractors. Your business name, the phone number and web address published on your public business listing (Google Maps, Angi, Thumbtack, Yelp, Houzz, or your own website), where we found it, your city and state, review counts and categories from that listing, and every message we exchange with you.
Homeowners. What you type into a quote request form (name, phone, email, address or ZIP, details about your project), the date, time, page and device the form was submitted from, and every message we exchange with you.
Everyone. Opt-out requests, and the date and time we received them, which we keep so we never contact you again.
Why
To introduce our service to contractors, to schedule calls, to match homeowner requests with one local contractor, to deliver those requests, to handle disputes and replacements, and to keep the records the law requires.
Who sees it
Homeowners: if you request a quote, we share your name, contact details and project details with the one local contractor we match you with. That is the service you asked for. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone else for their own marketing.
Contractors: we do not share your information with anyone outside the services that run our systems.
Service providers that process data for us: our text-messaging provider, our CRM and scheduling software (GoHighLevel), our AI assistant provider (Anthropic), our hosting providers (Cloudflare, and our own server), our payment processor (Stripe), and advertising platforms where you submitted a form (for example Meta). They act on our instructions.
Mobile information: we do not sell or share your mobile phone number or text-messaging opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

How long we keep it
Message records and opt-out records: four years, because US telemarketing law lets people bring claims for that long and we need to show what was sent and when. Everything else: as long as we work with you, then deleted.
Your choices
Email [email protected] to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. If you ask us to delete it we keep only your phone number or email on our opt-out list, so we don't contact you again by mistake.
Where we are
Flow Leads operates from Ontario, Canada and serves contractors and homeowners in the United States. Your information may be stored in Canada and in the United States.
