How we contact you, and how to stop

If you got a text from us

Your business number is listed publicly, on Google Maps, Angi, Thumbtack, Yelp or your own website, and you do the kind of work those homeowners are asking for. You didn't sign up for texts from us. We reached out because we thought extra jobs might be useful to you, and we stop the moment you say so.

The texts come from Daniel, who runs Flow Leads, from our Charlotte numbers. We send at most three introductory texts, during business hours, and nothing after that unless you reply. If you reply, a scheduling assistant (an automated assistant; it will say so if you ask) helps set up a 15-minute call.

Stop messages

Reply STOP to any text, or just tell us to stop in your own words.

You can also email [email protected] with "remove" and your number. Either way you'll never hear from us again on any channel: not by text, not by phone.

Texting terms

Flow Leads texts contractors about exclusive homeowner leads from our local numbers: an introduction and, if you reply, a conversation to book a call. Message frequency: at most three introductory texts, then only replies to you. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Full terms on the SMS terms page.

Privacy

We keep your business name, public contact details and our message history so we can honour opt-outs and follow up. We never sell it. Ask us to delete it any time. Full policy on the privacy page.

For homeowners

If you requested a quote through one of our ads or pages, Flow Leads and one matched local contractor will contact you by text, phone or email at the details you gave us. We share your project details only with that contractor. Reply STOP to any text to stop.
